We are also 4 homes away from our second beach, Moran State Beach, which has sand access right to the street should there be a high tide or sand loss in front of the home. This access is also recommended for small children or the elderly, rather then the stairs through the rocks in front of the home.
Enjoy world class surfing at Pleasure Point and WindanSea surf breaks right out front (we offer surf boards), or relax on the huge oceanside deck or the second story master suite deck, BBQ and watch the surfers, sailboats, seals on the rock, otters, dolphins, pelicans and ocean activity.
