Smart TV & Wi-fi throughout home and Sonos Bluetooth speakers in Family Room. Kitchen, Dining, & Family Room all have beachfront and ocean view. Dining area offers seating for 5-6 plus 2 stools at the counter, coffee table w/ 2 stools as well & bistro table. The Family Room has a fireplace, Smart TV & DVD. The 3 bedrooms upstairs have Queen beds & are joined by a Jack n Jill bathroom. 1 of the 3 bedrooms upstairs is a smaller room (w/ own door) inside 1 of the larger bedrooms. The 2 larger beachfront bedrooms upstairs have Smart TV & all 3 have an ocean view! The 4th bedroom offers a King Bed and small futon (this is where a couple children could sleep to make 10) with private entry to the spacious back yard, remodeled bathroom w/ shower, and Smart TV w/ Blue Ray. There is a 3rd large bathroom downstairs w/ shower, along with a laundry area. The spacious fenced back yard has outdoor seating, Weber BBQ and hot tub amongst beautiful Cypress trees for your enjoyment. The kitchen, dining and family room, King bedroom, 2 bathrooms and laundry area are on the 1st level. Home is 1840 sq. ft. and lot is 3920 sq. ft.
Parking for 2 cars in driveway..ask about other parking if needed..

  So very close to what seems like a private beach, a beautiful one.
  4 bedrooms well three and a half. We had a great time house is put together Nicely.
  One of my problems was yo get yo the back yard you walk through the master bedroom. You can go outside the front door and through the gate, but if you’re in your Jammie’s, that’s not ok.
  The house was pretty much perfect.
  We had our whole family 6 adults and 2 tennis girls and we were comfortable

  The location of this house was awesome! It is close to everything. A few suggestions to make it even better: Living room furniture is really uncomfortable and needs upgrades. The dining table only seats 4 people yet the house sleeps 10. The backyard table seats 6 but is scary to sit on the chairs. The ground is very uneven. The 4th (?) bedroom is awkward. I would recommend that at least one bedroom contains 2 twin beds or bunks. There was loose skittles candy underneath one of the beds.

  Terrible customer Service and lack of follow through on a reservation that I was told was unavailable And then booked. I called. Texted and emailed! Only one call back saying the manager was travelling and would get back to me. Only to have a very short email saying she saw it was an instant booking. Never called or offered any further communication! I even went as far as to provide browser history. Still no word. So I finally had to have charges reversed from my credit card company. Still no word back

  Location is a 10. The property is a bit dated and lacked a few items that every rental at this price point should have.
  - Vent for the stove is a ductless and the house fills up with smoke when cooking. Which sets off the smoke alarms.
  -The BBQ was an old charcoal weber that was dirty and should of been a gas BBQ.
  - Master bedroom has a glass door on the entrance with no privacy.
  
  Overall the stay was nice, but we stay in a lot of rentals and this one needs a update.

  Home was very nice. Had all amenities it stated. We had several problems. Door handle to back fell off and landed on my foot and we could not tighted. Bathroom window would not shut and it was freezing. Refrigerator had a broken latch and it would hit you in the back when closing. WORST, huge roof leak in bedroom, floor soaked and 2 nights of no sleep! Maintenance guy came and fixed handle but could not fix window and roofer never showed to fix roof

  This house has the best view! We enjoyed waking up to coffee on the balcony every day. The beds were very comfortable and the property was clean! It was a great place to stay and enjoy Santa Cruz comfortably while accommodating 9 people. My niece did come to visit and she had to park away from the house. But there were many helpful suggestions for parking in the welcome binder. I would definitely visit this property again!

  Property has a beautiful view and the beds are very comfortable. Doing jigsaw puzzles on the dining table with the Ocean view was our favorite activity. Beach access is located at the end of the driveway 3 houses down. Very easy and nice beach. Only draw back was limited parking. 2 cars is the limit and additional parking is a short walk. We will be back.

  This VRBO was the perfect beach getaway! It have everything we were looking for and more! Having beach access steps away was perfect for enjoying Santa Cruz at its finest. The view from inside is spectacular. We spent a lot of time out on the porch which overlooks the ocean. We loved it so much, we stayed an additional night. The location was ideal - tucked minutes away from the boardwalk and Capitola. Can’t wait to come back!
