The City of Honolulu recently enacted a law which allows rental houses such as this one to be rented only once within a 30 day block of time. While few guests visiting Hawaii are looking for a 30 day rental, the law is that the owner may only rent the house once within a 30 day window, regardless of how long or short the stay of the visiting guest. Our Rental Agreement and scheduling has now been adapted to comply with this new requirement.
Remodeled, very private 4 bedroom plus 2 futons, 4 1/2 bath, upscale furnishings and amenities, imported Ohia logs, gate, vaulted ceilings upstairs and down, two story open floor plan. The home offers 2 King size beds, 2 Queens and 2 Futons. 3 of the bedrooms are ocean front, as well as, the futon room. The 1st level has the main living space, a King oceanfront bedroom and a Queen bedroom. The 2nd level has a King bedroom with futon inside, a Queen bedroom with additional entry to outside and another futon area between the 2 rooms.
Enjoy 2 separate outdoor showers for your convenience- 1 Tropical hot shower, 1 cold beachfront shower! Our remodel offers stone floors, granite, marble, custom cherry cabinetry, slate rock, a jacuzzi bath tub, colorful Hawaiian surf art and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need, including a beautiful view of the ocean. Every bedroom is equipped with their own TV and there are 4 DVD players. Wifi, a home telephone, Blue Tooth Speaker in Living Room, Apple IHome Speaker w/ Clock in every bedroom.
The large wrap around deck, beach front and partially covered, is ideal for out door dining, gas BBQ grilling and checking the surf or watching humpback whales. An additional small deck is upstairs offering remarkable views of the ocean. Grocery store, Starbucks, famous Ted's bakery and gas station nearby. Near tropical four mile bike path from Sunset Beach to Waimea Falls, tennis and golf, fine restaurants and local Hawaiian food in Historic Haleiwa Town. Snorkel out front, swim with turtles at the popular Sharks Cove, hike in the tropical Pupukea hills, horseback ride on the beach, visit the Polynesian Cultural Center, miles of sandy beach in the back yard....peaceful enjoyment without resort crowds!! Cruise down the bike path..

For the children: Pak n Play, Stroller, Safety Gate are stored with beach equipment in garage. Laundry Area in garage as well, all for guest use. Plenty of guest parking is in driveway as owner keeps a car in the garage.
Disclosure: The amount of sand located in front of Hale Kalea and surrounding area depends on the ocean conditions.
